Haryana State AIDS Control Society intends to fill following posts on contractual basis for one year. The posts are purely temporary and can be renewed on year to year basis on assessment of performance against deliverables specified in the contract. The remuneration is consolidated and no other allowance is admissible. The first three months of appointment will be the probation period during which the work and conduct will be assessed and in case of unsatisfactory performance the contract shall be terminated by the appointing authority without assigning any reason. Major population of equidae comprising donkeys, mules and ponies that provide livelihood to the rural societies living in arid, semi-arid and hilly regions, specially in the foot hills of Himalayas, through transport and draught where as remaining small population of equines is used in army, police, border security force, racing industry and sports.

Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) is an autonomous Institute of the Department of Biotechnology under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. THSTI is developed as a part of the interdisciplinary NCR Biotech Science Cluster to be located at Faridabad, in the National Capital Region. THSTI is designed to be a dynamic, interactive organization with a mission to conduct innovative translational research and to develop research collaborations across disciplines and professions to translate concepts into tangible products to improve human health. Permanent laboratories of the centre will come up in Faridabad within one year. The interim laboratories of the centre are functioning from Gurgaon in Haryana.

THSTI has set up niche centres for research in areas relevant to planned translational work. They are: Vaccine and Infectious Disease Research Centre (VIDRC), Pediatric Biology Center (PBC), Centre for Biodesign (CBD), Drug Discovery Research Centre (DDRC), Centre of Human Microbial Ecology (CHME) and Policy Centre for Biomedical Research (PCBR). Clinical Development Service Agency (CDSA) and the National Biodesign Alliance (NBA) are THSTI’s extramural centres.
