    ABOUT COLLEGE
    Balaji College of pharmacy was established in the year 2005 as a branch in the Balaji Educational Society under esteemed management of Dr. Palle Raghunatha Reddy Garu, Honourable Chief WHIP, Govt, of Andhra Pradesh, with a motto of providing standard education to the students seeking professional excellence. The institute was awarded with ISO certification in the year 2012 for the excellent infrastructure and PCI certification in the same year.

    Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) in association with ACG Worldwide (ACG) & SciTech Centre (SciTech) are pleased to announce the 5th IPA ACG - SciTech Innovation Awards for the best innovations in the development of Solid Dosage Forms and packaging of pharmaceuticals of the year.

  • The Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) Anantapuramu Local Branch, celebrated the World Pharmacists Day 2018 (Pharmacists are your medicines experts) in collaboration with Three Pharmacy Institutions of the region; Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (RIPER); University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Sri Krishnadevaraya University; and College of Pharmaceutical Science; Oil Technological Pharmaceutical Research Institute, JNT University Anantapur, in association with Chemists and Druggists Association of Anantapur District.

  • ONE DAY SEMINAR ON INNOVATIONS IN PHARMACEUTICAL RESEARCH - 2017 AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS at G. Pulla Reddy College of Pharmacy

    G. Pulla Reddy College of Pharmacy is established in the year 1994-95, sponsored by G. Pulla Reddy Charities Trust, under the chairmanship of Late Sri G. Pulla Reddy garu, a Philanthropist, social reformer and well known as Sweet Pulla Reddy. He has promoted several educational institutions under the Trust. The college is located in a beautiful campus in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. The campus is spread over in 5 acres of land in a calm & quiet natural habitat. Mehdipatnam is well connected to all corners of the city by local bus services. In this campus G. Pulla Reddy High School and G. Pulla Reddy Degree & PG College are also located.

  • Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) Anantapuramu Branch in association with Raghavendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research – RIPER, organized its 1ST International Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research on theme of “Developing Pharmacy Education – A Policy and Practice Perspective” on 29th and 30th of January 2016, at IPA Anantapuramu Headquarters (RIPER). 

  • ASHP to provide free professional training to Indian pharmacists in US hospitals

     The executive vice president and CEO of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, USA, (ASHP) Prof. Dr. Henri R Manasse has said that his organization is contemplating to provide two months free professional training to the qualified and experienced pharmacists from India to see and learn how the hospital pharmacies, clinical pharmacies and community pharmacies are operating in the US.

  • IPA demands amendment of D&C Act, separate University for pharmacy in TN

     The Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) has demanded to amend the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules 1945 to make only the pharmacy graduates eligible to become expert staffs in the pharma manufacturing units. In the resolutions passed during the just concluded IPA Convention, the IPA also urged the government to expedite action to amend the Rules in such way that all regulatory positions in the country must be an exclusive area for experienced and qualified pharmacists.
