Connecting The Pharmacists and Pharmaceutical Scientists of India The Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) is the National body representing over 1 million pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists from Industry, Academia, Regulatory, Hospital and Community Pharmacy and work to meet the India’s health care needs. IPA is a non-governmental organization that has been in official relations with the FIP and WHO. IPA is member of Drug Technical Advisory Board (DTAB), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. IPA has been awarded “Best Professional Organisation Award -2015” by Indian Association Congress. Through the partnerships and extensive pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences network, IPA work to support the development of the pharmacy profession, through practice and emerging scientific innovations, and through developing the pharmacy workforce in order to meet the health care needs and expectations. IPA is recognized as the leader of pharmacy at National level. IPA continue to expand its presence, within pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences and influence through partnerships with some of the world’s leading health, policymaking, education and science institutions.

RIPER is the premier and renowned Pharmacy institute promoted by Raghavendra Educational and Rural Development Society (Registered Under Act XXI of 1860 / S. no – 198 of 2001) and was established by a team of Pharmacy professionals in 2002. The institute is exclusively dedicated to Pharmacy education offering Diploma, Graduate, Post graduate and Doctor of Pharmacy and full time Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences programs, as per norms of AICTE, PCI, New Delhi and SBTET, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

THE IPA STUDENT CONVENTION (IPASC 2022)
Transforming learning: Reaching and teaching the pharmacy millennials The prospective IPA Student Convention (IPASC 2022) organized by RIPER Autonomous in association with the IPA Anantapur Local Branch provides an unique orientation on short and long term development of academicians, students, researchers and practitioners in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences, and facilitates growth throughout the profession.
The IPA Student Convention (IPASC 2022) is organized along the lines of six broad themes: Pedagogy, Problem Solving, Career Success, Critical Thinking, Decision Making and Educational Technology.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Undergraduate and postgraduate students; Research scholars and Academicians of pharmacy institute approved by PCI; and pharmacists practitioners (Regulatory, Hospital and Community).
IPASC 2022 is primarily aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students, and research scholars; and academicians of pharmaceutical sciences, as a way to improve their research presentation skills, which are influential in both academia and professional workplaces.
Four Phases of participation
Abstract submission, poster presentation, evaluation, and recognition.
Abstract submission
Abstracts must be in English limited to 250 words, and submitted within deadline specified. Abstracts should be concise and be able to appropriately describe your work within the character limit. Submit your abstract as first author.
Poster preparation and presentation
Participants can create their poster using PowerPoint. Poster dimensions: 34 cm (width) and 20 cm (height) and you must save your file both in PDF and JPEG format.
Evaluation of e-Posters
e-Poster presentation will be evaluated by subject experts. Rubrics for evaluation includes: poster display and organization, scientific content, and ability to respond the queries.
Recognition
Each registered participant will receive an Certificate of Participation after completing all steps of the IPASC e- Poster SHOWCASE, including poster evaluation and responding to feedback from expert judges.
Oral Presentation
Top 3 e-posters from each category will be will be selected for oral Presentation.
IPASC 2022 organizes cultural activity Let’s Dance to motivate students showcase your talent.
1. The participants should be students of any pharmacy program from a PCI approved institute.
2. The participants should be a registered delegate of the IPASC 2022 Event
3. IPASC 2022 Early bird registration should have been done on or before November 21, 2022 I Monday
4. Performance could be Soloists or in groups.
5. Each group shall be composed of a minimum of 5 dancers up to a maximum of 20 dancers.
6. Members of the groups may be composed of all males or females, or any combination thereof.
7. The contest piece must be at least four (4) minutes but not more than five (5) minutes.
8. Please submit your video in as high quality as possible, in MP4, MOV, AVI, FLV, or WMV formats.
9. We also encourage all competitors to submit videos that are filmed horizontally, or “landscape”, instead of a vertical fashion if you are filming with phone.
10. Please ensure the videos reaches us on or before November 28, 2022 I Monday

12. Each participant (Soloists or in Groups) will receive certificate of appreciation.
13. Best 05 performances will get an opportunity to showcase their dances at the Indian Pharmaceutical Association Student Convention (IPASC 2022) Event.
