B.Pharm, M.Sc in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry; CSIR-NBRI undertakes basic and applied research in important areas of plant sciences.

As a Research Scientist at our organization, you will be at the forefront of advancing our genomics research initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing and handling NGS data of various types, designing experiments and research projects according to the company’s goals, identifying and submitting proposals for grants, and collaborating with and mentoring junior scientists.

B. Pharma from a recognized University / institute. Experience of working with national / international testing & certification laboratories /organizations. Knowledge of national / international laboratory quality management systems and standards for quality testing. The candidate qualified as Food Analyst by FSSAI would be given preference.

Masters in Life/Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biophysics, Biology, or similar disciplines are encouraged to apply. M.S./M.Pharm in Pharmacology/Pharmacology and Toxicology, M.Sc. in Medical Pharmacology/M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Pharm with preferably good NET/GATE/CSIR qualification

Doctoral degree in Science/Engineering/ Technology/ Pharma and Candidates having doctoral degree in Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Plant Molecular Biology. Platform for Measurement of Free Radicals, PMFR funded by DBT under SAHAJ Infrastructure

M.Pharm /M.E/M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index Journal. PhD plus minimum one year of post doctoral experience in conducting research in the field of active matter

Fingerprinting of distillates of medicinal plants for identification of metabolites; MPharm in Pharmacognosy can apply

Ph.D. degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Veterinary Sciences subject from a recognized University with one year R&D/Teaching experience in the relevant subject. Plan, design, and conduct an EQA program. Tasks include preparation of a sample bank, characterization of EQA samples, preparation and validation of the EQA panel, distribution of the panel, data collection, result analysis, and report and manuscript writing.
