From last two or three decay, there is a large growth in the sector of plant medicine means herbal medicine. It is due to increase of awareness and knowledge about plant. In India and China, the ratio of this growth is more than any other country of the world.  Interest the usage of various medicinal plants from traditional system of medicine for the treatment of different ailments is also history of India and China. Abutilon is an Indian medicinal genus which has a number of herbs specie,is noted for their medicinal benefits in traditional system of medicine. Abutilonis a large genus of approximately 150 species of broadleaf evergreens in the mallow family, Malvaceae. The genus includes annuals, perennials, shrubs, and small trees from 1–10 m tall, and is found in the tropical and subtropical regions of all continents. Some medicinally important attributes have been assigned to the plants of this species. In sort of this, the present work aim is to find out different pharmacological activity done on this Indian medicinal plant.

ABSTRACT
This method describes simple, sensitive, rapid, accurate, precise and economical derivative spectroscopic methodfor the simultaneous determination of tolperisone hydrochloride (TOL) and diclofenac sodium (DIC) in bulk and synthetic mixture. In this study, dual wavelength spectroscopic method was used for simultaneous determination of tolperisone hydrochloride and diclofenac sodium using the absorbance difference at two wavelengths. The absorbance differences of 257 nm and 306.20 nm were selected for the estimation of TOL and the absorbance differences of 243.40 nm and 265.40 nm were selected for estimation of DIC. The method was found to be linear (r2>0.999) in the range of 2- 18 μg/ml for tolperisone hydrochloride. The linear correlation was obtained (r2>0.997) in the range of 2- 18 μg/ml for diclofenac sodium. The limit of determination was 0.66 and 0.27 μg/ml for tolperisone hydrochloride and diclofenac sodium respectively. The limit of quantification was 2.00 and 0.83 μg/ml. The method was successfully applied for simultaneous determination of tolperisone hydrochloride and diclofenac sodium in binary mixture.

ABSTRACT
A well drafted application decides the fate of an invention. Drafting plays a vital role in the success of an invention during its prosecution, management and maintenance during its tenure and turning it into cash. Drafting a patent application is one of the most important and at the same time one of the most difficult process. The applicant or his agent should so draft a patent application that it is granted with an adequate scope or ambit so as to fully serve the business purpose(s) for which the patent is meant to be used. It is here that the importance of drafting the claims in a patent must be fully appreciated, as the drafting of claims must always be done with a clear focus on the exact business needs that are sought to be served by it. That is, a business strategy perspective must inform the thinking of the one who takes up the task of drafting the patent claims. The ultimate purpose of every business strategy is to ensure that a business makes the desired amount of profit to justify the risks taken in making the investments of resources and time. Similarly, the purpose of drafting claims should be to fully serve the business strategy at hand. Even so, only a small number of well drafted patents are actually used by businesses to help them to make or safeguard their profits. (Swarbrick James, 2007).

ABSTRACT:
The term Angiogenesis was coined by DR. John Hunter, a British surgeon in 1787. Later professor Judah Folkman gave the idea that growth of tumor depends on their blood supply and a new began research in this new field of therapeutics called ANGIOGENESIS.  Then, the identification of angiogenic growth factors, Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) fueled interest in using these factors in inducing therapeutic angiogenesis.[1] Initially angiogenesis was implicated only in few diseases like cancer, psoriases and arthritis. But, in recent years, it has been evident through a deep research that even excessive, insufficient and abnormal angiogenesis contribute to the pathogenesis of many disorders. Angiogenesis is regulated by a balance between pro- and anti- angiogenic factors. Research shows that angiogenesis and anti angiogenesis has given promising results in treatment of diseases like AIDS, atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease and Alzheimer’s. In twenty first century, application of angiogenesis in therapeutics may have an impact on disorders similar to that which the discovery of antibiotics had in twentieth century.

ABSTRACT
Analytical methods development and validation play important roles in the discovery, development and Manufacture of pharmaceuticals. Method development is the process of proving that an analytical method is acceptable for use to measure the concentration of an API in a specific compounded dosage form which allow simplified procedures to be employed to verify that an analysis procedure, accurately and consistently will deliver a reliable measurement of an active ingredient in a compounded preparation. The analytical method validation is essential for analytical method development and tested extensively for specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, range, detection limit, quantization limit, and robustness. In summary, analytical method development and validation allows to confirm that an accurate and reliable potency measurement of a pharmaceutical preparation can be performed.
