ABOUT UTKAL UNIVERSITY
The Utkal University, established in the year 1943, is the seventeenth oldest university in India. Its present campus at Vani Vihar, Bhubaneswar is located on the sprawling 399.99 acre in the heart of Bhubaneswar, with the Sainik School to its North , National Highway No.5 to its South, Institute of Metal and Minerals Technology and Institute of Physics to its West, and the South Eastern Railway lino to its East. The foundation stone of this campus was laid by Or. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India on 1 st January 1 DUS and campus was inaugurated by Dr S. Radhakrishnan, the second President of India on 2nd January 1SG3. This is a teaching-cum-affiliating University. There are at present 2 7 post Graduate Departments located in the University Campus for Post Graduate studios and research in various disciplines of Science, Humanities, Business Administration. Social Science, Law and Commerce. Apart from this there are 1 5 self financed sponsored courses including the MFC programme. The total number of students in the P.G. Department of the campus at Vani Vihar is nearly 3000. This is in fact one of the largest affiliating Universities in the country with approximately 265 affiliated Colleges (Degree Colleges-21 9, Professional Colleges-75, Other Constituent Colleges-2) under its jurisdiction.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The ICNDTC 2018: International Conference on Nanomedicine in Diagnostics &Thcranostics in Cancer aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Cancer Biology and Nanomedicine. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends,and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Nano medicine and Cancer Biology.
