Job Description
Procurement Deputy Managers to manage end to end procurement activities for the supply of products and services to HLL’s Retail Business Division and Health care Services Division.
Responsibilities of Procurement Manager include: strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers, to optimize procurement expenses, to ensure availability of right material at right time, identifying profitable suppliers, initiate and finalize business and organization partnerships, negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms, track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company, assess risk management for supply contracts and agreements etc.

Requirements

Maximum Age: 40 years as on 01/02/2018.

Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.25, 000 to Rs.45, 000 per month.
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).

Qualification:
Essential: B Pharm
Desirable: MBA

Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 3 years of front line managerial experience. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Pharma products procurement.
