Job Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager role includes and is not limited to:
• For territories of Orissa, Punjab and Haryana
• Manage sales team through
o assign territory and manage outputs for each sales staff
o Help identify location and resources to set up Gramin Health Care Centres
o Help in Set-up and trainings of Gramin Health Care Centres
o Train and develop sales team
• Meet with the doctors for promotions of our services in clinics and hospitals.
• Research and develop the market.
• Make presentation to the hospitals/ doctors to empanel them
• Meet Doctors and hospitals to inform them about the status of our services.
• Create focus groups in the assigned territory. Focus group of Sarpanch and doctors
Candidate Profile :
• Knowledge of local area and language
• Experience into Field operations and Sales / Lead Generation.
• Experience in selling into Indian markets
• Good phone and email communication skills.
• Ability to talk to Managers, Doctors and CXO level executives.
• Self-Motivated, Quick Learner with interest in technology solution sales.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Pharmaceutical sales or hospital sales background preferred
