Application related guidelines
1. Online applications are invited through the district website rajnandgaon.gov.in from 04-04-2025 to 18-04-2025 till 05:00 pm.
2. Candidates should register themselves for online application through their mobile number, after which the registration number and password will be received on the candidate's mobile, login using the registration number and password.
3. Before applying, study the guidelines given in the advertisement thoroughly.
4. After applying, submit and take a printout of the application and upload it compulsorily by signing it yourself, otherwise the application will not be considered complete.
5. After uploading the signed application, print the acknowledgement and keep it safe, which is mandatory to be presented in the document verification.
6. Candidates will have to fill the online application form, in which all documents (educational, caste, residence registration, disability) will not have to be uploaded at present. During the selection process, all the documents of the applicants will be thoroughly examined in the document verification.
7. If there is no similarity found in the online application and the documents during verification, the applicant will be personally responsible for any kind of error. In case of any error, legal action will be taken or the candidate's application can be cancelled, for which the applicant himself will be responsible.
8. Selection of anyone is not ensured only by applying. Before issuing the final selection list, the original certificates will be checked. Only if they are found correct in it, further action will be taken for their selection.
9. It is mandatory that the institution from which the educational qualification is obtained should be recognized by UGC, AICTE and the concerned council.
10. For those posts whose educational qualification or grade is mentioned in the mark sheet, it is mandatory for such candidates to get their marks and total marks calculated by the competent officer of their educational institution and mention it in the online application.
11. Application Fee:- Regarding the fee for the examination, as per letter number F 10-2/2022/one (1) dated 08 April 2022 issued by the Secretary of the State Government, CG Government, General Administration Department, Ministry regarding waiver of examination fee, no examination fee will be charged from the participants who are local residents of CG State.
12. Age Limit- For contract recruitment, the minimum age will be 18 years and maximum 70 years for medical post and 64 years for managerial post. Age will be calculated on the basis of 01 January 2025.
Recruitment Process:-
1. After scrutiny of the received application forms and attached documents, the list of eligible-ineligible candidates for claim-objection, information and other instructions will be published separately on the district website rajnandgaon.gov.in. It will be the responsibility of the candidates to observe it in time. No separate information will be given to the candidate through any other medium.
2. Claim objection will be accepted only in respect of those documents which have been mentioned by the candidate while filling the application form. No other new documents will be accepted in claim objection.
3. For claim objection, candidates can send the application form through registered post/speed post or by personally appearing in the prescribed format in the office of Chief Medical and Health Officer Branch National Health Mission Old Hospital, Opposite Gurudwara Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon Pin Code 491441 Chhattisgarh during office hours from 10:00 am to 05:30 pm.
4. In the said recruitment process, the Collector cum Chairman District Health Committee and District Level Selection Committee will have the right to make the applicant eligible/ineligible on the basis of their qualification.
Candidates are required to appear with original and one self-attested copy of the following documents at the time of written test/skill test/interview:-
• 10 Marksheets / Birth Certificate
• Marksheets of all the years of graduation/post graduation/other prescribed educational qualification
• Relevant degree
• Registration certificate of the concerned council (if applicable)
• Live registration certificate of employment office (if applicable)
• Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority for residents of Chhattisgarh
• Permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)
• Identity card (Aadhar card/Voter ID/PAN card/Driving license etc. containing name, address and photo of the candidate)
• Experience certificate
• No objection certificate (if applicable)
• Other related documents (if applicable)
General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment
• All the posts are completely contract based, the recruitment of which will be done in accordance with the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by National Health Mission Chhattisgarh.
• Selection of anyone will not be ensured only by applying. Before issuing the final selection list, the original certificates will be checked, only if found correct, further action will be taken for their selection.
• Contract Honorarium:- During the contract service period, lump sum honorarium and other amount will be payable every month as per the provisioned ROP, apart from this no other type of allowance / facility will be payable.
• The above contract period will be till 31 March 2025, in case the work evaluation is satisfactory, the said period can be extended. Contract posts will be automatically cancelled after regular recruitment is done.
• The contract appointment can be terminated by giving notice to the selected candidate at any time after he joins the work. Similarly, the said candidate will have to give a notice one month before giving resignation otherwise one month's salary will have to be deposited.
• In case of equal marks, priority will be decided on the basis of date of birth of the candidates. Candidates whose date of birth is earlier (elder in age) will be given priority.
• Candidates having special reservation eligibility (disabled/ex-servicemen/women reservation will be as per rules): will have to attach the relevant documents issued by the competent authority. Otherwise, such candidates will be included in the general category in case the certificate is not attached in the application form.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category will have to submit permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
• The said contractual post will be non-transferable and it will be mandatory to be present at the place of posting as per the appointment order. In case of not being present at the prescribed time and place of posting, the appointment of the selected candidate will be automatically cancelled.
• Performance appraisal of the employee appointed on contract will be done by the controlling officer.
• Applications of only those candidates who have the required qualifications as per the advertised post will be accepted.
• Mere selection for the applied post will not confer the right to appointment. The final appointment will depend on the actual availability of vacant posts and other necessary procedures/criteria.
• Waiting List: Category-wise waiting list will also be issued for the said post, the validity of which will remain for one year from the date of issue or till the completion of new recruitment process, whichever is earlier. During this period, the posts that become vacant due to new posts/resignations or any other reason can also be filled in this waiting list. For the waiting list, 200% of the total approved posts up to 25 posts, 50% for 25 to 50 posts, 100% for more than 50 posts will be kept in the waiting list, so that the posts that become vacant in future can be filled immediately.
