Opportunity for Pharmacists in Mumbai District Tuberculosis Control Institute

The recruitment process for the vacant posts under the National Tuberculosis Eradication Programme under the National Health Mission, under the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, for the Mumbai District Tuberculosis Control Institute is to be done on purely contractual basis and on a contract basis on honorarium basis as shown in the table below.

Essential Qualification:- 1. Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy form recognized University 
Preferential Qualification :- 1. One Year experience in Managing Drug Store in reputed Hospital/ Health Centre recognized by Govt.
2. Candidate Should be well Conversant with Various Computer Programming include Excel, MS. Word, PPT). and simple Statistical Package.

Maximum Age Limit : 65 years

Salary : Rs. 17,000/-


Age Limit
1) The candidate's age as on the last date of application i.e. on 25/04/2025 must be within the age limit prescribed in the advertisement.
2) As per the letter dated 25th May 2019 of Hon'ble Commissioner, Director of Health Services and Mission, National Health Mission, Mumbai, the age limit of the candidate for MBBS, Specialist and Super Specialist will be 70 years and for other posts related to patient care, the age limit will be 65 years. Candidates who are 60 years of age or above are required to attach a certificate of physical and mental fitness obtained from the District Surgeon along with the application.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility 
1) Detailed and accurate details regarding educational qualifications should be recorded.
2) The candidate must have the educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement on the last date of submission of application.
3) While filling the application, the marks and percentage of marks obtained in the final year should be mentioned accurately. It is mandatory to mention the marks and percentage of marks without mentioning the grade or other category. If the marks and percentage of marks mentioned in the certificate do not match the percentage mentioned in the application, such applications will be rejected.
4) If the grade or category is mentioned in the final certificate, it should be certified by the concerned institution in the marks. It should be presented at the time of interview.
5) The application of the candidates will be scrutinized as per the information mentioned in the form.
6) If the eligible candidates do not submit the original mark sheets of the required educational qualifications during the interview, the said candidates will be disqualified.
7) The required educational qualification/qualification for the post must have been obtained from a government recognized university.


Experience
1) Only government and semi-government experience after obtaining educational qualification and necessary additional educational qualification will be considered. Accordingly, experience before holding educational qualification should not be recorded. That experience will not be calculated.
2) While mentioning the details of experience, the details of the government and semi-government office of which the experience certificate is obtained should be mentioned in the form. If there is no experience certificate, the said experience will not be considered. The period of experience should be clearly mentioned in the experience certificate.
3) While mentioning the details in the experience certificate, the date of joining and date of release should be mentioned accurately. Care should be taken to record the said period only as per the experience certificate. If there is any discrepancy in this, the said certificate will be declared invalid.
4) Only the experience required for the post for which the application has been made will be considered. If there is any other experience apart from this, such experience will not be considered.

Computer Qualification
1) Details of holding MSCIT certificate should be mentioned.
2) Details of holding Certificate course in Computer operation (minimum two months) certificate should be mentioned.

Small family certificate
1) The condition of small family has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and from 23/07/2020, candidates having more than two surviving children will not be eligible to apply for the post of National Health Mission.
2) It is mandatory for the candidate eligible for the interview to present the certificate in the prescribed format during the interview.

Application Fee
1) The candidate is required to pay the application fee online along with the application and attach the receipt. The application fee will be Rs. 150/- for open category candidates and Rs. 100/- for reserved category candidates. Online mode State Bank of India Name - Mumbai District TB Control Society. 2) Applications received without the receipt of online payment of application fee will not be considered. It should be noted that they will be disqualified.
Candidate's photo and signature
1) After taking a printout of the form, the candidate should paste his/her recent clear photograph in the space reserved for the photo. The photo should not be stapled.
2) Sign in the space reserved for signature.

It should be noted that the selected candidates will be appointed to the vacant UPHC post in the Municipal Corporation for which the application has been submitted. It will be mandatory to join the appointed post within 7 days of the appointment order. (If the candidates use any pressure or technique, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled, otherwise their appointment order will be terminated and the next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed.)

12) Marriage registration certificate if the applicant is married and Gazette if there is a change of name

17) The application form and the required documents should be submitted in a single envelope. The name of the Municipal Corporation applied for, the name of the applicant and the name of the post should be mentioned on the said envelope. Applications without mentioning the name of the Municipal Corporation will not be accepted.
18) The Chairman, Selection Committee and Member Secretary of Mumbai District Tuberculosis Control Institute reserve the right to make changes in the said recruitment process as per the requirement or to cancel the said recruitment partially or completely.
