M.Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics or M.Tech Pharm. Technology, 1-2 years of research, industrial experience in formulation and Development with research publication.

Graduation in Biotechnology or B.Pharmacy from Govt. recognized University and Boards. Computer course in office software. Knowledge of Biostatistics. Research Methodology workshop training and Good clinical laboratory Practices

Ph.D. degree and First class or equivalent at either Bachelors or Masters level in the relevant branch.  At least two successful Ph.D. guided as Supervisor, Co-Supervisor and minimum 8 research publications in SCI Journals, UGC, AICTE approved list of Journals

Demonstrated success in project management & experience with mentoring and coaching junior team members. Ability to act independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to the grey areas.

The MSL recognises and communicates feedback and insights of strategic importance from their interactions with scientific experts to better inform Lilly's strategic direction for research and commercialization.

Coordinate with cross functional teams e.g. Medical monitor, Regulatory Affairs, supply chain, statistics, Data management, QA and QC, CRO, vendors etc.Works cross-functionally and with external vendors to proactively manage the execution of the clinical trials

PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology with experience in nanoformulations. Those who have submitted the PhD thesis may also apply.

Quality Assurance Program for Molecular diagnostic testing in Solid Tumors. M.Sc. in Life Science, biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, Applied Biology and Biochemistry with Minimum aggregate of 60% with at least 02 year of experience is mandatory.
