On behalf of Ratnagiri District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, applications are invited from the candidates in the prescribed format for the following posts on purely contractual basis. The recruitment process is being implemented on contract basis and applications are invited from eligible candidates as per the table below. The said application should be sent by post or in person to the office of the District Health Officer, Health Department, G.P. To be submitted to this office, Ratnagiri.

Instructions
1) The posts in the advertisement are purely contractual in nature and not regular posts of the State Govt. There will be no tenure rights on the said post. Also, the applicant will not have the right to claim for inclusion in the Government regular service or service protection through the Government.
2) The selected candidate will be appointed on contractual basis for 11 months and 29 days.
3) Selected candidates will have to accept the terms and conditions prepared by the committee and submit the agreement on bond paper of Rs.100/-.
4) Experience will not be accepted if experience certificate is not attached.
5) Age Limit - Dt of Ministry of General Administration Department, Mumbai. As per Government decision dated 25.04.2016 the age of the candidate should not be less than 18 and not more than the maximum age limit as on the last date of receipt of applications. 1) Maximum age limit for the post of MBBS, Specialist and Superspecialist is 70 years 2) Maximum age limit for the post of Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Technician, Counsellor, Pharmacist is 65 years 3) Maximum age limit for other posts is 38 years for open category and 43 years for reserved category and National 5 years relaxation for employees under Health Officer.
6) According to the said advertisement only the applications of the candidates whose applications are received within the prescribed period will be considered. Applications already received by this office in any other context will not be considered.
7) The list of eligible/ineligible candidates in the selection process as well as the selection list will be published on the website of NIC of Ratnagiri.
8) No one should fall prey to any temptation as the recruitment process will be conducted in a very rational and transparent manner on the basis of merit.
9) Recommendation or pressure for selection will disqualify the candidate.
10) Suspension/Cancellation of Recruitment Process/Change in Recruitment Process All Officers Hon. Reserved at the level of Chief Executive Officer. No one can make any claim regarding this.
11) As per Government decision dated 01.07.2005 under Rashtriya Arogya Abhiyan, the condition of small family has been implemented, it will be mandatory to submit the affidavit of small family attached with the application form.
Application
1) Interested candidates should submit the application form on one side typed or printed in legible letters on A4 size white thick paper in the enclosed form.
2) The name of the post and the name of the unit/room should be mentioned in bold letters on the envelope.
3) Open category candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs.150/- and for backward category is Rs.100/- (not applicable). Application fee is to be paid online (Phone Pay/GPay/UPI/Internet Backing/Mobile Backing) to Account No. 11149266074 State Bank of India District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Ratnagiri IFSC Code SBIN0000467 and its UTI/UTR Transaction No. It is mandatory to make a clear reference in the application. Also, it is mandatory to attach the receipt of the amount paid online along with the actual application. Otherwise the application will be disqualified.
4) Candidates should submit the application in the prescribed format attached along with attested copies of required marks and certificates to District Health Officer Office, Health Department, G.P. within office hours by 09/01/2025. It is necessary to reach Ratnagiri's office in person or by post.
Applications with the following deficiencies will be rejected :
1) Applications from candidates not possessing the prescribed qualifications.
2) Applications not in the prescribed format or not properly made,
3) Text incomplete or wrongly filled application form, falsified application form,
4) Applications without signature, attested copies of required marks and certificates or applications without proper indication of similar information.
If there is an error in any of the above, your application will be rejected and no correspondence will be entertained / accepted.
Note : The Selection Committee reserves all rights to change the above number of posts as well as change the place of posting.
The advertisement is being published for purely contractual posts with sanctioned posts as above. However, the interested candidates may apply for the above sanctioned posts along with their applications and self-attested copies of certificates from 27.12.2024 to 09.01.2025 from 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM (excluding holidays). Also, the applications of candidates who come after 09.01.2025 will not be considered for the recruitment process. Applications received through email will not be considered. Further instructions regarding the recruitment will also be published on this website. No separate correspondence will be sent to the applicant in this regard.
