Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager Upstream Process - Manufacturing - Job Code 1 : M. Tech / B. Tech in Biotechnology, M.Sc. (Biotechnology) with 2-8 years of hands on experience in aseptic handling of mammalian or bacterial cell culture. The job requires readiness (FIT, CIP, PHT. SIP) in operation of bioreactor or fermenter, readiness in continuous centrifuge and in vessels used for media and feed preparation. It also requires fulfilment of GDP and GMP requirement.
Downstream Process Manufacturing - Job Code 2 : M.Tech / B.Tech with Biotechnology, M.Sc. (Biotechnology) with 2-8 years of experience in formulation & filling. Candidates should be able to handle packing of large size columns with a diameter of more than 600 mm. The job requires readiness in operation of chromatography system, readiness in vessel (CIP, FIT, PHT, SIP) and preparation of buffers. It also requires readiness in operation of TFF system, filtration including nano filtration, DS filling, freezing, thawing and manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies / bio therapeutic protein / vaccine. The job also requires the fulfilment of GDP and GMP requirement.
Quality Control - Protein analytics / Bio assay / Microbiology / Physico chemical / RM-PM - Job Code 3 : MSc. / B.sc (Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry) with 2-8 years of hands on experience in handling equipment & tests such as HPLC / UPLC, CZE, UV spectrophotometer, SDS-PAGE, IEF, RT-PCR, ELISA, Bioassay, microbial identification, microbiological testing of material / products, sterility testing, BET, environmental monitoring of cleanroom, RM / PM, handling stability studies, animal handling & testing (DPT vaccines), cell culture handling & testing. Candidates must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
Quality Assurance - Job Code 4 : M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry), B.Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-8 years of hands on experience in IPQA activities, line clearance procedure and practices, aseptic area practices, cell banking / seed lot system procedures, reviewing of batch manufacturing records, handling of qualification / validation activity, change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA, QMS, self¬inspection and vendor qualification activities. The job requires awareness of cell banking / seed lot system procedures and candidates must be familiar with cGMP requirements. They should also have experience in seed handling and in process sample analysis of bacterial vaccine like typhoid, TCV, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis etc.
Bacterial Vaccine - Downstream Production - Code 6 : M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biotechnology with 3-6 years of hands on experience with basic knowledge of purification techniques for vaccine manufacturing. Candidates should have experience in handling and operation of TFF system, akta pilot, centrifuge, aseptic filtration, filter integrity machine. They should also have experience in manufacturing & sample analysis of bacterial vaccine like typhoid, TCV, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis etc.

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager :
M.Tech / B.Tech / B.E Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc. Microbiology with 6-12 years of experience in vaccines QC related to bacterial, recombinant and viral vaccine products testing.
Bacterial Vaccines QC - Code 7 : The job requires handling of bacterial vaccine analysis, planning and execution for the analysis of “bacterial vaccine” like typhoid, TCV, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis etc., as per approved procedure and specification. Candidates should have exposure / knowledge of handling of QC equipment like UFLC, architecture, elisa, ion chromatography, gas chromatography, spectrophotometer, FTIR etc., preparation and execution of analytical validation / verification of analytical test method.
Viral Vaccines Testing - Code 8
The job requires handling of viral vaccine analysis, planning and analysis of testing activities of in-process, drug substance and drug product samples (viral vaccine like influenza, MMR, varicella, hepatitis, DNA vaccines) as per approved procedure and specification. Candidates should have exposure / knowledge of different test parameter like, HA content, ovalbumin content, total protein content, mycoplasma testing, cell culture analysis, virus titre, DNA Content etc., routine calibration / verification of virology lab and instrument / equipment.
