Job Description:
Regional Managers for Roche Molecular Information (RMI) for three zones North, West and South in India. These roles will be based at Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore and will report into the Commercial Manager - FMI. They will be fully accountable for supporting the development and execution of the action plan of Molecular Information (MI) offerings which includes brand promotion, business development (key account management,) and associated business tactics in India.
• You will drive implementation, coordination and alignment on marketing initiatives and activities in the Indian market, maintain relationships with key customers and support development of a robust business plan for Molecular Information
• You will organise speaker events for external stakeholders as appropriate and identify opportunities for growth of MI products and follow-up with key accounts/Key Opinion Leaders
• You will develop and implement affiliate/key account strategies, plans and tactics to address growth targets in order to build MI’s customer base
• You will support the market shaping activities including strategies to launch successfully and increase market access
• You will monitor sales trends to ensure strategies, plans and tactics, achieve revenue, market share and customer satisfaction. You will also engage high value leads to grow the MI business.
Candidate Profile
• You are someone with more than 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and/or healthcare industry and currently working as a Regional Manager at Roche. Experience in oncology, genomic testing and or molecular biology fields is an advantage.
• You have experience in digital pharmaceutical tools and platforms for e-detailing and CRM solutions to deliver Digital Strategy of the franchise, strong capacity to rapidly understand and act on specific market business dynamics
• You have in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape including stakeholder network, and marketing & sales cycle and have a track record of working successfully in cross functional teams and in matrix roles
• You have demonstrated the ability to deliver exceptional performance and lead with integrity, courage and passion. Consistent track record of building strong teams and developing people is an advantage.
• You have the ability to work with and aggregate with people from different countries,are ambitious & open to explore future opportunities that will expand your experience map
