Post : Project Research Scientist-I in ICMR funded project (Post doctoral position)

Applications are invited from the eligible and suitable Indian nationals for the position of Research Associate-I (Post doctoral position) in ICMR funded project entitled “To investigate Green-Photothermal nanomaterial for laser-directed diabetic wound healing in mice model” on purely contractual basis tenable at Department of Pharmaceutics, NIPER- Ahmedabad. Tenure of the position is co-terminus with the project.

Project Title / area : To investigate Green-Photothermal nanomaterial for laser-directed diabetic wound healing in mice mode
Emoluments : Rs. 56,000/- + HRA (15,120/-) = Rs. 71, 120/- initial appointment will be for one year which may be further extended to three years subjected to the project duration and performance. The positions will co-terminate with the project.
Qualification : Essential Qualification: Project Research Scientist-I A. The candidate must have first class in post graduate degree with Ph.D in Pharmaceutics/ Pharmacology/ Medical Devices/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Engineering/ Bioengineering/ Life Sciences/ Chemistry/ Materials science/ or relevant stream
Experience required : Candidates with independent work experience in following:
• Biopolymer synthesis, Bioconjugation, Formulation development and characterization, Molecular biology techniques, Experience in handling small animals (Rat/ Mouse), Evaluation of gene silencing and other cell culture techniques
• Bioanalysis, Biotechnological techniques, experience in handling small animals (Rat/ Mouse), Evaluation of organ toxicity, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics
Age Limit : Not more than 35 years on the date of 25-06-2024
