RCU has been setup by Ramchandra Chandravansi Welfare Trust (RCWT) which was registered in the year 2006. Since its inception, the mission of the founding fathers has been to spread education to ordinary citizens of India, particularly those hailing from backward regions of the state of Jharkhand and India. Associate Professor
No of posts : 04 (Pharmacology-01, Pharmaceutics-01, Pharmaceutical Chemistry-01, Pharmacognosy-01)

Eligibility : Qualification as per norms of UGC/State Govt./Concerned Regulatory Body.
Specialization : (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry) as per PCI Norms.

Assistant Professor
No of posts : 04

Eligibility : Qualification as per norms of UGC/State Govt./Concerned Regulatory Body.
Specialization : (Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry) A lecturer will be re-designated as Assistant Professor after 2 years of teaching experience in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College.

Lab Technician
No of posts : 04
Eligibility : D.Pharm, B.Pharm
