Job Description
- Grow the topline by winning key facility build and pipeline development projects
- Create strong networks at a high level within the customer base. Use these networks to influence to win
- Engage key constituents at clients as a thought partner, with a heavy focus on senior-level decision makers, Make a positive contribution to the Company’s Brand Equity in the Biotech space, and tailor value proposition to these critical influencers;
- Win projects in a profitable way, looking at profitability over a multi-year period
- Forecast topline growth for current and following year with a risk based approach
- Act as project lead to ensure co-ordination of the many internal departments involved the sale of these complex projects
- Live the team spirit every day. Use all resources at appropriate times and in an appropriate way. Develop strong collaborative links with Local Commercial team, and International commercial and technical teams . Coordinate closely with colleagues across company teams, particularly with stakeholders on client servicing teams;
- Develop strategies to improve the organizational ability to win an increasing amount of these projects
- Show a desire to develop and improve performance
- Plan for and execute against a revenue target for a portfolio of clients and prospects;
- Provide real-time analysis of account activity, usage trends, and company development of new products
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure business strategy is aligned to growth plans
Candidate Prodile :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Chemistry , Biotech or Engineering
11-15 year(s) of relevant experience in business development, sales or marketing
