RCU has been setup by Ramchandra Chandravansi Welfare Trust (RCWT) which was registered in the year 2006. Since its inception, the mission of the founding fathers has been to spread education to ordinary citizens of India, particularly those hailing from backward regions of the state of Jharkhand and India. With very humble beginning of two Intermediate Colleges 15 years back, RCWT has transformed itself into a diverse and excellent educational complex of technical, professional and medical related academic institutions.

Dumka under the state plan in the light of the instructions of Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Health, Education and P.K., Ranchi, Jharkhand's letter no-5 / P-16/2023/171(5) (W Mo) Health, dated-25.02.23 Walk-in-interview for the selection of willing, experienced and qualified AYUSH doctors / medical assistants for running mobile village clinics to provide primary health services to the residents of primitive tribal community (PVTG) dominated villages of the district.

Under the state plan, mobile village clinics are to be operated to provide primary health services to the residents of villages dominated by primitive tribal communities (PVTGs) of Jharkhand state. Medical assistant are required on contract basis for 04 mobile village clinics in Gumla district. Interested candidates can participate in Walk in Interview for Mobile Village Clinic.
