District Mineral Foundation Trust intends to recruit medical professionals on a contractual basis in Bokaro. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for rendering services for the position as detailed and described below.
Post : Pharmacist
Number of Posts : 9 (Gen - 5, ST-1, BC-I-1, SC-1, BC-II-1)
Essential Qualifications : B.Pharma and M.Pharma

Monthly Consolidated Remuneration : Rs. 12,000
How to apply :
a) Applicant must apply online through the website dmftbokaro.com for applying online, any other mode would not be accepted and summarily rejected.
b) Applicant needs to fill in personal details, educational details, and employment experience details, Further, the Applicant needs to upload all the Educational Certificate (from 10th class to PG /Master), Work Experience certificates, Caste certificates, Income Certificate for EWS, a recent passport-size photograph, Signature, and Aadhar as a PDF or JPEG file.
c) Note: The file size should not exceed 500 KB for the Documents, 500 KB for the Photograph, 500 KB for Aadhar, and 50 KB for the Signature.
d) After filling up the application form the Applicant needs to Submit the form, which will generate a PDF file.
e) IMPORTANT: Candidates are advised to fill in their correct and active e-mail addresses in the online application form which will be active for at least for next 6-9 months, as all correspondence will be made by the DMFT through e-mail only. Interview schedule and requirements with regard to copies of certificates to be submitted in respect of claims made in the online application will be e-mailed in due course to the candidates in their registered e-mail id and will also be posted on the website of the district NIC and DMFT website.
f) After submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), the candidates Can take out a printout of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application.
Candidates are not required to submit to the DMFT/DEPARTMENT either by post or by hand the printouts of their online applications or any other document.
“WARNING”
Candidates will be short-listed for interview only based on the information provided by them in their online applications, All the documents should support the claim made in the online application as it will be examined before the Interview. Candidates must ensure that the information provided is true. If at any subsequent stage or at the time of the interview any information given by them or any claim made by them in their online, applications are found to be false, their candidature will be liable to be rejected.
g. DOCUMENTS/ CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW
The printout of the online application form and all the following Original Documents/ Certificates along with self-atteste done-set copies are to be produced at the time of the interview, failing which the candidate would not be allowed to appear in the Interview.
a) All Educational Mark sheets (Year wise) and Certificates (Matriculation. Intermediates, MBBS, PG / Diploma / Master / MBA / BSc / Diploma/Specialization Certificates as indicated in the Qualification Column of the Vacancy table) as proof of educational qualification claimed.
b) Proof of Age (Matriculation certificate)
c) Experience certificate,
d) Caste Certificate,and
e) Any other Relevant certificate/Testimonial/ Letter of recognition or appreciation, etc.
h. Hiring Process : Written Examination (100 Marks)
1. The date for the Examination will be posted on the website on the district NIC portal and district DMFT Portal.
2. Applicant needs to bring the printout of the online application and all the Original Documents/ Certificates along with self-attested copies are to be produced at the time of the written examination, failing which the candidate would not be allowed to appear in the examination.
3. Marks obtained in the Examination will be the base on which the applicant will be selected.
General Information and Instructions
a. The service will be purely on a contractual basis for a period of one year and is a full-time role. The contract may be renewable subject to satisfactory performance. Any claim regarding the regularization of the position will not be entertained.TDS will be applicable as per Government rules and leave shall be availed according to the provisions of the state government.
b. The successful candidates will be required to execute the one-year contractual agreement. Their service will be guided by the present norms for medical officers and Specialists under National Health Mission (NHM) guidelines.
c. Employer may terminate this employment contract by giving one-month prior notice and terminate the service if the Performance is not satisfactory.
d. The Employee shall have to serve at least one year, after completion of the one- year employee may terminate this employment contract by giving one-month prior notice or one-month gross salary in lieu of any shortfall of the notice period.
e. Performance will be reviewed after three months of the contract. Successful completion of a probation period of three months is provisioned as a mandate to qualify for further service. In case of unsatisfactory performance during the probation period, the period can be extended by 1 to 3 months as per the progress mapped as per NHM guidelines.
f. The total number of vacant positions of Paramedical staffis 87which covers the entire 9 Blocks of Bokaro district of Jharkhand and is based on the district's needs.
g. Salary and choice of posting will be Non-negotiable. it would be purely in consideration of the selection committee, Bokaro. Selected Candidates will be posted as per the requirement in any block, as per the need of the Bokaro district.
h. If in near future, the government of Jharkhand or the department of Health. Medical Education & Family Welfare of Jharkhand deploys paramedical staff in the Bokaro district in the above vacancy, the said post will be dissolved and end. Further, the contract will be terminated by the DMFT. As this vacancy is being floated to strengthen the health sector of the district.

1. Service under the Civil Surgeon, Bokaro is governed by the Act and the Rules & Regulations framed there under the Jharkhand State Government.
