RCU has been setup by Ramchandra Chandravansi Welfare Trust (RCWT) which was registered in the year 2006. Since its inception, the mission of the founding fathers has been to spread education to ordinary citizens of India, particularly those hailing from backward regions of the state of Jharkhand and India. With very humble beginning of two Intermediate Colleges 15 years back, RCWT has transformed itself into a diverse and excellent educational complex of technical, professional and medical related academic institutions.

Eligibility : Qualification as per norms of UGC/State Govt./Concerned Regulatory Body.
Specialization : (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Analysis) ‘ 3 years' experience in teaching or research at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College.
Assist. Professor / Lecturer
No of posts : 12
Qualification as per norms of UGC/State Govt./Concerned Regulatory Body.
Specialization : (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, . Pharmacognosy/Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis,) A lecturer will be re-designated as Assistant Professor after 2 years of teaching experience in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College.
Lab Technician

Eligibility : B.Pharma / D.Pharma
Qualification, Experience & Reservation shall be as per norms of UGC/State Govt./Concerned Regulator Body.
