• Preferential Qualification One year experience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/health center recognized by Govt.
• Candidate should be well conversant with various computer programming including MS Word, Excel and simples statistical packages.

Note :- According to the reservation roster prescribed for West Singhbhum district, in the event of backward class and extremely backward class applicants not being kept in reserved category, they will be considered under general category.
Application fee
It will be mandatory to attach a demand draft of Rs.200/- for each post for general category applicants Rs.400/- for SC/ST applicants with the letter of application. The demand draft will be payable in the name of District Rural Health Society (RCH) and the payable branch will be Chaibasa. It will be mandatory for the applicant to submit separate applications for more than one post. But application will not be accepted for Same Post under different units. Also, according to the decision of the selection committee, if the efficiency test is organized on the same date, then the claim of conducting separate examination for the second post will not be valid if the applicant submits application for more than one post. In case of submission of application for more than one post, it will be mandatory to mention it in the application form.
Selection Conditions
1. The application form will be accepted only through registered post / speed post. The personnel to be appointed will not be employed, rather they will be contracted to work against the accepted honorarium on the basis of contract.
2. It will be mandatory for the applicant to attach an Indemnity Bond with the representation to the effect that they will not claim regular appointment after appointment on contract/agreement basis.
3. The contract will be estimated for one year, as per requirement it can be extended on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal in one year. Departmental instructions will have to be followed regarding contract extension.
4. If the work is not satisfactory, the contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice / one month's advance honorarium.
5. Candidates who will submit CGPA Score Card for Educational Qualification will also enclose CGPA Conversion Chart along with the mark sheet.
6. The applicant will have to attach self-attested photocopies (including two additional passport size photographs) of all educational and technical certificates (including mark sheets) with his application. Also, along with the application, a plain envelope with postal stamp of Rs.25/- on which the correspondence address will be mentioned. Attachment will be mandatory.
7. The decision of the District Selection Committee, Chaibasa in the recruitment process will be final and binding.
8. The selection committee will reserve the right to amend the conditions of the advertisement / cancel the advertisement as per the requirement.
9. No personal correspondence / contact will be valid regarding the appointment.
10. In order of selection/appointment against the vacancies, the reservation roster circulated/prescribed by the Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language Department of Jharkhand will be followed. In the posts of direct appointment, first of all the posts of unreserved category will be filled according to the merit list. Only after this the reserved category posts will be filled according to the merit list.
11. If the information given by the applicant in the application/certificate attached with the application is found wrong/fake, the candidature of the applicant can be canceled at any stage and legal action can be taken against the concerned applicant as per rules.
Selection Process
1. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Academic / Technical Merit / Written Test Score / Efficiency Test / Counseling / Interview etc. (whichever is applicable). Whose determination will be done according to the departmental instructions / according to the decision of the District Selection Committee. The District Selection Committee will reserve the right to amend the merit list / selection list.
2. Experience Certificate: Only work experience certificate issued by government/recognized medical institutions will be valid.
3. Preference will be given to local candidates in the recruitment process.
4. The finally prepared selection/waiting list will be published on the notice board of the office of the Civil Surgeon/Office of the Deputy Commissioner. As per requirement, this information will also be given in the newspaper/website of Chaibasa district.
