The establishment of GLA Institute of Technology and Management (GLAITM) in the year 1998 was the first recognized initiative by the society to fulfill its responsibility of providing destinations of quality professional education.
The purpose of the same was to compete with the very best and provide such facilities as prevalent at the international and national levels right in the virtuous background of the city of Mathura.
The much-coveted other institutions; namely, GLA Institute of Pharmaceutical Research (2006), GLA Institute of Business Management (2006), and GLA Institute of Professional Studies (2006), are the results of an understanding developed by the relentless and rigorous pursuit for excellence over the past 12 years.

SKS Group of Institutions (SKSgi) marked its expansion in Mathura with the start of Sanjay College of Pharmacy (SCP). SCP was established in the year 2007 and is located right along the Delhi-Agra NH#2, 125 Km from Delhi, 20Km from Mathura and 12Km from Vrindavan. Approved by AICTE - New Delhi, under Ministry of HRD, the Govt. of India.
While laying down the foundation of Sanjay College of Pharmacy it was visualized to create a benchmark of excellence in the field of education. It was in the year 1991 that Shri Narayan Das Agrawal took the initiative to fulfill the dreams of his father, Late Shri Ganeshi Lal Agrawal thereby giving shape to Sri Jagannath Prasad Ganeshi Lal Bajaj Charitable Trust Samiti to realize the vision of making the holy city of Mathura a recognized destination for knowledge seekers from all walks of life. This, in turn, led to the foundation of a milestone at the Karmabhoomi of the versatile and sagacious Lord Krishna. The society has been synonymous with social causes since its very inception and has drawn appreciation from one and all for the path-breaking work done by it related to the various facets of the societal paradigms.

In the year 2001 when approached by the local administration, Shri S K Sharma dared to invest in the non-profitable noble cause of setting up educational institutions for the good of the society in the Steel City of Durgapur, which at that time was severely suffering from the closure of several Large Scale Industries in the region. The foray of SKS Group in education started with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal Shri Buddhadeb Bhattacharya himself inaugurating the flagship Institution of SKS Group, Bengal College of Engineering and Technology, Durgapur in the year 2001. Soon thereafter a full fledged English medium school in the name of SKS Public School was inaugurated by Hon’ble MP Shri Bansagopal Choudhury in the backward rural region of Mangalpur, Raniganj where there were hardly any facilities of English Primary Education available.
