Pharmacy graduates openings in Municipal Corporation

Malegaon Municipality, Malegaon is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the following posts through National Urban Health Mission and 15th Finance Commission/Apla Dawakhana.

Educational Qualification : MBBS or graduate In Health Sciences (/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS /B.P Th/Nursing Basic/(P.B.Bsc) B.Pharm/+MPH//MHA/MBA In Health Care Administration.
Age Criteria : 18 to 38 Years For Open Category. 18 To 43 Years for reserved Categories
Remuneration In per Month : Rs.32000/-

Terms and Conditions
1) The aforementioned posts are contractual and of an extremely temporary nature; the appointment shall be for a duration of 11 months and 29 days. Furthermore, should the Government disapprove these posts, the services of the candidates shall be terminated without any prior notice.
2) The posts advertised herein are not regular posts of the State Government but are purely contractual in nature. No right to permanency shall accrue to the holder of such a post; furthermore, State Government service rules do not apply to these posts. Additionally, the applicant shall have no right to claim absorption into regular government service, seek service protection from the Government, or make any claim related thereto.
3) The applicant must be physically and mentally fit for the respective post. Furthermore, no criminal case or offense should have been registered against the applicant.
4) A consolidated monthly honorarium shall be paid for the aforementioned contractual posts.
5) Please note that in the event of the selection of retired specialists or employees, the honorarium for such posts shall be calculated and disbursed in accordance with the prescribed guidelines received from the State level.
6) The number of vacant posts advertised is subject to change, as are the specific locations of the vacancies. All rights regarding such changes are reserved by the Hon. Commissioner, Malegaon Municipal Corporation, Malegaon.
7) Preference shall be given to candidates possessing relevant experience and higher educational qualifications.
8) If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, they must submit a separate application for each specific post.
9) Postings shall be assigned on a priority basis, determined by the merit ranking of the candidates in the selection list. Should any candidate resort to the use of pressure tactics or undue influence regarding their posting, their selection shall be summarily cancelled.
10) As of the date of this advertisement, the maximum age limit for the said posts shall be 38 years for candidates belonging to the Open Category, and 43 years for candidates belonging to Backward Classes.

11) The selection process for the aforementioned posts shall be conducted based on the number of applications received. Applications will be scrutinized, and a merit list will be prepared wherein the final selection of candidates will be determined out of a total of 100 marks, allocated as follows: 50% for educational qualifications, 20% for higher education, and a maximum of 30% for experience in government or semi-government sectors.
12) Only experience gained within Government, Semi-Government, or National Health Mission organizations will be considered during the selection process.
13) Applicants shall not be entitled to request a change of posting location for their personal convenience during the contractual period.
14) For the aforementioned posts—specifically PHM, Microbiologist, GNM, etc.—it is mandatory to attach a registration certificate from the relevant professional council. Failure to do so will result in the candidate being disqualified from the interview process.
15) All rights regarding the postponement, cancellation, or modification of the recruitment process are reserved with the Hon. Commissioner, Malegaon Municipal Corporation (MMC). No individual shall have the right to make any claim in this regard.
16) Candidates must personally submit their applications—along with the prescribed application form and attested photocopies of all necessary documents—to the National Health Mission, Health Department, Old Commissioner's Office, Malegaon Municipal Corporation, Malegaon. Applications must be submitted between 10/04/2026 and 25/04/2026 (up to 5:00 PM), excluding public holidays.
17) Candidates belonging to the Open Category must submit a Demand Draft of ₹150/-, while candidates belonging to Reserved Categories must submit a Demand Draft of ₹100/-. The Demand Draft must be drawn in favor of "Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Malegaon."
18) Application Date for the said recruitment process: The recruitment process is scheduled to continue until /03/2026. Subsequently, the process—including the scrutiny of applications, the receipt and disposal of objections/grievances, and the issuance of appointment orders to selected candidates—will be conducted in strict accordance with the formal guidelines received from the Government as well as the National Health Mission. Candidates are requested to take note that detailed information regarding these matters will be published periodically on the website malegaoncorporation.org. Candidates are strictly advised not to visit the office in person to make inquiries regarding this subject.
19) The Hon'ble Commissioner and Administrator has reserved all rights pertaining to this recruitment process, including—but not limited to—increasing or decreasing the number of posts, cancelling the recruitment process, modifying the terms and conditions, changing the place of posting/deployment, and altering the selection procedure at any stage.
20) In accordance with the Government Resolution dated 25/04/2016 issued by the General Administration Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, the minimum age of a candidate as of the application deadline shall be 18 years. The maximum age limit shall be 38 years for candidates belonging to the Open Category and 43 years for candidates belonging to Backward Classes. For posts within the Mission related to patient care services (e.g., Nurses, Nursing Supervisors, etc.), the maximum age limit shall be 65 years. Candidates aged 60 years or above are mandatorily required to attach a certificate of physical fitness issued by the District Civil Surgeon along with their application.

Attested copies of the following requisite original documents must be attached to the application form:
1) Certificates and Mark Sheets regarding educational qualifications;
2) Caste Certificate;
3) School Leaving Certificate/Proof of Date of Birth;
4) Two passport-sized photographs;
5) Certified Experience Certificate (specifically indicating government service experience);
6) Small Family Declaration Certificate; etc.
