Part time Mpharma query

Hi All,

I have one query regarding part time Mpharma

I have completed my Bpharma  and experienced in R&D I want to do part time mpharma..

1)If i will complete part time course then in next org wil they consider this in the salary package 

2) If someone is working in CRO/clinical research field..Will it (part time mpharma) be helpful in Clinical research industry to add value in cv  for promotion/job..

I cant do it full time
