Production
Positions : Jr. Officer / Officer / Executive / Sr. Officer
Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc. Biotechnology
Experience : 2–8 years
Profile :
• PFN: Follow shift schedule and production schedule, planning of shifts for subordinates as per process requirement. Handling of plasma collection, sanitization, washing, cutting, pooling and thawing, plasma fractionation process steps.
• DSP: To involve in plasma products manufacturing, handling of process-related instruments and equipment's in downstream process (DSP). Good communication and technical skill, GDP knowledge.
• DPM: Need knowledge in injectable drug product manufacturing. Good hands-on experience in filling machine line, aseptic filling operations, documentation, shift activities handling, material management and cGMP adherence.
Quality Assurance
Positions : Jr. Officer / Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc. Biotechnology
Experience : 2–7 years
Profile :
• IPQA: Perform and monitor in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities during downstream manufacturing processes. Should have experience in chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems, process validation (PV), cleaning validation (CV) and annual product quality review (APQR). Responsible for performing line clearance activities at different stages of drug substance manufacturing. Monitor cleanroom behavior and aseptic practices, and perform batch manufacturing record (BMR) reviews. Preferred for biological experience.
• Validation: Review and prepare URS, DQ, FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports. Execute qualification of facilities, utilities, equipment and manufacturing areas. Perform validation of autoclaves, manufacturing vessels, centrifuges, filter presses, vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, filling and sealing machines, and HVAC systems. Handle commissioning protocols, risk assessments and gap analysis.
• Vendor Management: Responsible for coordinating vendor qualification and evaluation activities for raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, etc. Review vendor questionnaires and prepare, update and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL). Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during documentation preparation and review.
Quality Control
Positions : Officer / Executive
Qualification : M.Sc. Biochemistry / Biotechnology / B.Pharmacy / B.Tech Biotechnology
Experience : 2–6 years
Profile :
• Perform laboratory testing using HPLC, UV spectrophotometry, zone electrophoresis and Kjeldahl methods.
• Compliance: Follow WHO guidelines and cGMP rules for all plasma testing activities.
• Documentation: Follow GMP, GDP and data integrity SOPs to maintain strict regulatory compliance.
Engineering
Positions : Officer / Jr. Executive / Executive
Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical
Experience : 3–6 years
Profile :
• HVAC: Hands-on experience in HVAC operation, maintenance and troubleshooting activities; good knowledge of EMS, BMS and HVAC validations. Good knowledge of regulatory documentation and HVAC qualification and re-qualification activities.
• Electrical: Hands-on experience in electrical equipment's preventive maintenance/breakdown maintenance, including vial filling line (vial washing, tunnel, vial filling, sealing, mixing and filtration vessels, autoclaves and lyophilizers). Good knowledge of regulatory documentation, equipment qualification and requalification activities.
