QC – AMV (Analytical Method Validation)
Key Job Roles
• Method validation (ICH guidelines).
• Preparation and review of validation protocols and reports.
• Handling instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.).
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Preparation of SOPs and related documentation.
• Routine analysis support (as per section allocation).
Other QC Sections (General)
• Raw material testing.
• Finished product testing.
• Stability studies.
• Analytical support for regulatory audits.
• Documentation and record management.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and GLP.
QC – Microbiology
Sections : EM, BET, Water Analysis
Key Job Roles
- Environmental Monitoring (EM)
• Air, surface and personnel monitoring.
• Trend analysis and reporting.
- Bioburden/Endotoxin Testing (BET)
• Sterility testing.
• Endotoxin (LAL) testing.
Water Analysis
• Purified Water (PW) / Water for Injection (WFI).
• Testing and monitoring.
• Microbial limit testing.
• Media fill studies.
• Documentation and compliance as per Pharmacopoeia and cGMP.
