Quality Assurance

Job Role :
QMS
- Handling deviations, CAPA, change control, document control, and investigations.
Lab QA
- Review of laboratory documentation, analytical records, OOS/OOT investigations, and GMP compliance.
Qualification & Validation
- Execution and review of equipment qualification, process validation, cleaning validation, and validation documentation.
IPQA
- In-process monitoring, line clearance, batch record verification, and shop-floor GMP compliance to ensure product quality and adherence to approved procedures.

Validation Cell
Designation : Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification : M.Sc / B.Sc / B. Pharm
Experience : 2 to 9 Years
Job Role :
• Execute Analytical Method Validation and verification for OSD products, including tablets and capsules.
• Perform method validation parameters such as specificity, accuracy, precision, linearity, range, robustness, and system suitability, and prepare reports.
• Perform testing using HPLC, GC, UV-Visible spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, and other relevant analytical instruments.

Quality Control (QC Microbiology)
Designation : Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Qualification : M.Sc / B.Sc / B. Pharm
Experience : 2 to 9 Years
Job Role :
- MLT, Water Microbiology, Environmental Monitoring (EM), and Growth Promotion Testing (GPT) to ensure product quality, microbiological safety, and compliance with GMP standards.
