Duration : Six Months (6 Months)
Name of the Project : “Towards understanding the role of oral microbiota in colorectal cancer progression and carcinogenesis” funded by ICMR
Educational Qualifications : 1. First Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with three Years Experience or PhD. 2. Second Class Post Graduate Degree, including the integrated PG degrees, with PhD and three Years Experience, 3. For Engineering/ IT/ CS - First Class Graduate degree of Four Years with three years’ experience
Desirable : PhD degree (Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Zoology/Microbiology/Immunology) from a recognized University with 2 years of research experience.
Job Description : The selected candidate is expected to carry out mammalian cell culturing, cellular assays such MTT, LDH etc, sample collection from hospital, anaerobic bacterial culture, metagenomics, FISH and metabolomics in the project. The candidate should have experience in the techniques mentioned above.
Emoluments : Rs. 67,000/- per month plus 27% HRA (As per ICMR OM dated 01.08.2023)
