Post : Site Operations Manager
Job description:
• Responsible for managing Shruti operations in India
• Manage team of existing area coordinators spread across the country, and the telecounselor team based in office. Develop the Shruti operations organization over time.
• Source and recruit area coordinators to manage new site clusters, as and when new sites are signed on by Shruti sales team. Conduct periodic trainings for new and existing coordinators.
• Ensure operations across all Shruti sites across the country are running optimally, monitor service levels, downtime and turnaround time in case of product issues
• Ensure patient/program impact targets. are achieved in a consistent manner while also ensuring high quality at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction, and act as liaison between customer sites and Shruti functions – service, marketing, training
• Spend >75% time in field travel, to observe Shruti site operations and implement ways to improve outcomes and reduce costs of operation
• Prepare monthly reports of all operations activity and share with relevant stakeholders
• Develop operations processes, standard operating procedures, catalogs and implement it for Shruti Program
Candidate Profile
1) MBA/M.Tech / M.Pharma/ Masters Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences from an accredited university MBA in Sales and Marketing
2) Past experience of handling large teams, low-to-mid skill workforce, spread across cities (for e.g., retail, stores)
3) 10-12 years of Experience in Operations management experience must
4) Willing to travel extensively
