Post : Deputy Manager / Associate Manager for Demand Planning
Inviting candidates for the post of Deputy Manager / Associate Manager for Demand Planning for Europe Market
B.E. / B.Pharm / B.Sc. with more than 4 years of relevant work experience in Demand Planning. Candidates with MBA in Operations / Marketing will be preferred.
They would be responsible for the following tasks :
• Ensuring FG availability at point of sale as per market requirements in Demand Planning.
• FG inventory management at all levels as per norms.
• Preparing manufacturing plan for the subsequent months for MRP run.
• Reviewing and prioritizing production plan within SKUs across markets to address sales continuity.
• Co-ordinating with marketing, regulatory, quality, manufacturing and P&D for smooth supply chain operations.
Candidates would also be responsible for the following tasks :
• Preparing various MIS (MPRM, MRM, S&OP, etc) for dynamic monitoring and controlling of business operations.
• Participating in Pre-S&OP and S&OP discussions for business cycle and escalating unresolved issues.
• Managing sudden additional / reduction in demand to grab sales opportunity and balance inventory levels.
• Co-ordinating New SKU launch related activities.
Candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills, decision making skills, should be able to manage multiple stakeholders and work around constraints. They should also have the proficiency in Sap, MS Office and MIS preparation.
