The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is a public private partnership that has collaboratively evolved through consultations with multiple constituencies including Indian and international academia, state and central governments, multi & bi-lateral agencies and civil society groups. PHFI is a response to redress the limited institutional capacity in India for strengthening training, research and policy development in the area of Public Health. Project Brief:
The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is working towards building a healthier India. It is helping to address the limited institutional and systems capacity in India by strengthening education and training, advancing research and technology and facilitating policy and practice in the area of Public Health. PHFI is headquartered in New Delhi with national presence through its constituent units of regional Indian Institutes of Public Health (IIPHs) and Centers of Applied Research in core public health themes. The Foundation, established in 2006 as a public private initiative, is governed by an independent board comprising of senior government officials, eminent Indian and International academic and leaders, civil society representatives and corporate leaders.
Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) in collaboration with World India Diabetes Foundation (WIDF) is undertaking a Health Literacy Project. The project aims to develop and implement a comprehensive Audio Visual (AV) module for teachers to promote healthy lifestyle among children of grades 4-8 (aged 9-13 years). Key Deliverables – PHFI is seeking to hire an Officer - Corporate Relation under this project to engage with corporates and industries in expanding the reach of this module. This is the post for a project at PHFI and the post-holder will have overall responsibility of motivating corporate partners to support dissemination of intervention materials under the guidance of Project Director at PHFI and WIDF.
Job Description / Responsibilities
• Responsible for networking with corporates in various states of India.
• Responsible to motivate corporate partners to support school initiatives and dissemination of intervention materials as a part of their CSR activity.
• Responsible for preparing presentations for corporates and writing reports as needed.
• Coordinate with project coordinator for school activities and provide linkage between corporates and schools.
• To share regular updates with PHFI and WIDF.
• Building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and their CSR activities.
• Liaise with CSR departments and other relevant departments of Corporates.
• To regularly update corporate partners.
• Close coordination needed with School Project Coordinator at PHFI.
• Coordinate with Admin, IT, HR and Finance at PHFI and corporate partners for all aspects of the project.
• Any other task as required under the project.

Qualification:
Essential
• Post Graduate in Marketing or other relevant areas.
Desirable
• MBA or Masters Degree in Marketing or other relevant areas.
Experience:
Essential
• Around 3 years of experience in corporate communication, marketing and project implementation.
Desirable
• Understanding of Corporate social responsibility activities of Corporates, functioning or handling CSR Projects for corporates
Annual Salary (CTC) will commensurate with available skills and fitment of the incumbent as per the selection process.
