Recruitment at Bharat Immunologicals & Biologicals Corporation

Bharat Immunologicals & Biologicals Corporation Limited (BIBCOL), a Central PSU, under the administrative control of Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for the following positions. Presently, the positions are on contract for two years, however, the selected candidates shall have opportunity for absorption in the company on regular scales depending upon the performance and progress of project.

Suit Manager - 01
Qualification: Post graduation in life sciences or engineering
Desired Experience: 12 to 15 years in manufacturing wherein 4 years spent in managing vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should be well versed with conceptualization, designing, P&ID and process flow diagram of unit operations of vaccine manufacturing, national regulatory requirement for cGMP and decontamination procedures, Experience in scale-up of upstream and downstream operation up to 1000L of scale, Must have hands on experience with fermenters, TFF and sterile operations, knowledge on process sequences such as CIP, SIP, PHT, Media hold, APS, aseptic intermediate transfer, buffer supply strategy and decontamination procedure, and knowledge on QMS system

Supervisor (washing, autoclave and media preparation) 01
Qualification: Graduation or post-graduation in life sciences or engineering
Desired Experience: Not less than 5 years in manufacturing wherein 2 years spent in shift in-charge for vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should have experience in media & buffer preparation, autoclave preparation and managing a team for the same. Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

Supervisor (Upstream process) 01
Qualification: Graduation or post-graduation in life sciences or engineering
Desired Experience: Not less than 5 years in manufacturing wherein 2 years spent in shift in-charge for vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should have experience in fermentation, harvest, decontamination, aseptic operation, microbiology techniques and managing a team for the same. Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

Supervisor (Downstream process) 01
Qualification:Graduation or post-graduation in life sciences or engineering
Desired Experience: Not less than 5 years in manufacturing wherein 2 years spent in shift in-charge for vaccine manufacturing operations. Candidate should have experience in TFF, centrifugation, decontamination, aseptic operation, in-process control test and managing a team for the same. Well versed with operations such as CIP, SIP, PHT, APS processes, Must have hands on experience up to 1000L vessel, Knowledgeable on cGMP requirements, Writing quality documents such as SOPs, RSTs, BMRs, APS report etc.

Remuneration:
(i) for position mentioned at S. No.1: Rs. 120000/- per month.
(ii) for position mentioned at S. No.2 - 4: Rs. 65000/- per month.

The remuneration shall be based on C T C.

Note: Higher remuneration can be considered for deserving candidtes.
