Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop strategic documents for reimbursement submissions including global value dossiers and AMCP dossiers to convey the value proposition of interventions in a compelling manner
-Analyze scientific evidence generated from secondary literature searches and systematic literature reviews and present the findings in clear and concise format
-Develop scientific publications including abstracts, posters and manuscripts with attention to detail on the scientific content
-Ensure deliverables meet quality standards in terms of data accuracy, interpretation, presentation and story flow
-Assist senior leadership team with the preparation of business proposals and resourcing estimates for new medical writing projects
-Deliver projects on-time with minimal needed oversight or supervision
-Coordinate and prioritize business needs in a matrix management environment
-Initiate and participate in departmental or interdepartmental process improvement and training initiatives
Required Skillset:
-Educational Qualification : Master’s degree/ PhD in pharmacy, MBBS or BDS with relevant experience
-Experience Range Minimum 3-4 years
-core medical writing experience in large Pharma / Healthcare organizations (or) Service providers servicing large Pharma / Healthcare organization
-Exceptional writing skills and well demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-Exposed to using data from secondary databases like PubMed, Embase, Medline, Cochrane reviews, etc.
-Self-starter and ability to articulate customer problems/ requirements in a systemic way
-Strong organizational and communication skills and excellent attention to detail
-Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, produce high quality work and project a positive attitude
