As per Government of India UO No. O.IV-3/2020-Pers.II dated 03/05/2021 & 19/07/2021, CRPF has been declared as Nodal Force for conducting the selection process for filling up the vacancies in Paramedical Cadre in CAPFs & Assam Rifles from the retired CAPF as well as Ex-Armed force personnel for appointment on contractual basis for a period of one year against the vacancies available in Paramedical cadre.

National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) is a deputationist force under Ministry of Home Affairs. The Battalions of this force are deployed in various places of the country to provide rescue and relief operations during the natural or manmade disasters in the country and abroad.

The National Dope Testing Laboratory has been established as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India for undertaking human sports dope testing and allied research thereon. It is accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL) for (ISO/IEC 17025) and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) for testing of urine & blood samples from human sports.
