Online Applications are invited for the online written examination for empanelment of pharmacist & Mohalla clinic assistant (MCA) for manning an anticipated 1000 Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinics in Delhi.

Essential Qualifications
• Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Registration with Delhi Pharmacy Council
Remuneration : Rs. 12/- per patient, with a minimum assured guarantee of 75 patients per day to be calculated on monthly basis.

Age Limit(As on last date of online submission of the form) : 20-50 years
Application Fees & mode of payment : Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred only) per candidate through online payment & there is no fees exemption for any category.


Mode of Selection : Online written examination (objective/multiple choice questions).
Syllabus : Syllabus shall include curriculum on essential qualification (80%), general awareness & basic computer knowledge (20%).
Reservation Criteria : There is no reservation policy adopted in the project of Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinic for any category.
Age relaxation : There is no age relaxation for any category.

Eligibility Criteria :
i. The candidate must be a citizen of India.
ii. The educational qualifications, age, experience etc. as stipulated in the advertisement shall be determined as on the closing date of online submission of application.


• No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the examination.
• Other terms and conditions of empanelment will be governed by the orders of the department of Health & Family Welfare, GNCTD issued from time to time.
• The selection for empanelment does not entitle the candidates for regularization or permanent absorption.
• The empanelled candidates shall be liable to work in any of the Mohalla Clinics anywhere in Delhi.
• For any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of court will be Delhi or New Delhi

General Instructions for the applicants
1. Candidates are required to apply online only.
2. Candidates are required to apply Online using the website dshm.delhi.gov.in .
3. The online application form can be filled up-to the last date of submission of the online application after which the link will be disabled. Candidates are advised to submit the online application well in advance, without waiting for the last date.
4. Before filling-up application through online mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following details/ documents:
i. Valid e-mail ID & Mobile Number.
ii. Scanned copy of the required documents, recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 months) & scanned signature. Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this empanelment process.
5. Scanned Copies of documents to be uploaded:
i. Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth/ birth certificate issued by the Competent Authority in support of the claim of age.
ii. Degree/Diploma certificate as proof of educational qualification claimed. In the absence of Degree/Diploma certificate, provisional certificate will be accepted.
iii. Valid Registration Certificate in Delhi Nursing Council for Mohalla Clinic Assistant (MCA) & Delhi Pharmacy Council for Pharmacist.
6. After submitting the Online Application, the candidates are required to preserve the print out of the finally submitted Online Application for the category of personnel applied for.
7. Neither the print out nor any document should be sent to the examination agency/concerned department at the time of applying for the category of personnel.
8. E- Admit Card: The candidates shall be issued e-Admit Card only. The provisionally admitted candidates will have to download their respective e- Admit Card for the category of Personnel concerned from the official website (www.dshm.delhi.gov.in). The candidate shall affix his/her latest photograph and sign in the space provided in the E-Admit Card. No admit card will be sent by post.
9. He/she must carry a valid Photo ID such as Driving License, Voter I- Card, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card issued by any Govt. Department /Office to the examination centre failing which he/she shall not be allowed to enter the examination centre under any condition/circumstances.
10. Applicants should avoid submitting multiple applications for one category of personnel. However, if any applicant submits multiple applications, then he/she must ensure that the application with higher RID (Registration ID) is complete in all respect. In case of multiple applications, the application with higher RID shall be entertained by the department. The earlier application shall stand rejected and fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID and will not be refunded.

11. The applicants must ensure that while filling their application forms, they are providing their valid and active E-mail IDs which will be used for electronic mode of communication while contacting them at different stages of examination/empanelment process.
12. Documents/ Certificates:
After declaration of result, the successful candidates will be called for verification of documents in the order of merit as per requirement of project time to time. The following original Documents/ Certificates and two sets of self-attested copies along with hard copy of print out of online application are to be produced at that time:
i. Two recent passport size photographs.
ii. Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth/ birth certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
iii. Aadhaar Card/Voter ID card.
iv. Copy of Diploma/Degree & mark sheets of Qualifying Exam (Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) course or equivalent exam for MCAs & D. Pharma/B. Pharma for Pharmacist).
v. Valid Registration Certificate in Delhi Nursing Council for MCA & Delhi Pharmacy Council for Pharmacist.
vi. Medical Fitness Certificate from Govt. Doctor/ Govt. Institution.
vii. Police verification certificate.
13. The categories of personnel advertised are provisional and for manning an anticipated 1000 Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinics in Delhi. In case the Aam Aadmi Mohalla Clinic is reduced to any number or even nil, the examination agency/department is not liable to compensate the applicant for any consequential damage/ loss.
14. The department reserves the right to reject the candidature of any candidate at any stage of empanelment if it is found that he/she does not possess requisite qualification or has provided any false information or does not provide any of the documents mentioned above.
15. The department reserves the right to cancel a part of or entire process of examination due to administrative reason(s) and in case of unfair means, cheating or other irregularities/malpractice noticed by the department.
16. The Examination Agency in consultation with the Department reserves the right to cancel any centre of examination and ask the candidates of that centre to appear at another centre to take the examination. No request for change in date, time and centre of exam will be accepted under any circumstances.
17. The candidature of the candidate to the written Examination is entirely provisional and subject to the outcome of any direction/ decision/ order/ pronouncement of any Court of Law and mere issue of Admit Card or appearance at Examination does not entitle him/her to any claim for the empanelment.
18. The candidates should scrupulously follow the instructions given by the Centre Superintendent, Invigilators and all examination functionaries at every stage of examination. If a candidate violates the instructions, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
19. In case of any discrepancies among the English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi version of advertisement/ information, the English version will be treated as final.
20. If any candidate uses offensive/abusive/foul language / obscene picture he/she will be liable for necessary penal action under relevant provision of the IT Act.
