Must have passed HSC Examination or equivalent examination with Odia as Medium of examination in non-language subject, or
Must have passed in Odia as language subject in the final examination of Class- VII or above from a school or educational institution recognised by the Govt, of Odisha or the Central Govt.
The candidate should have passed Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy from an Institution Recognized by Government. The candidate should be minimum 18 years of age and should not be more than 35 years of age.
