Handling HPLC, GC, IP, FP, Stability Calibration of Analytical Instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution etc.. Handling LCMS, ICPMS, PSD, AAS, XRD, Microbiology

Operation, cleaning, qualification and validation of: Nasal Spray Filling and Sealing machine, Vial Washing machine and Tunnel, manufacturing & holding vessel

Supervising and leading a team of operators and technicians to ensure efficient and compliant production of injectable medications. This includes assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.

Hands-on experience in operating of Granulation, Compression, Coating , Encapsulation, Blister Packing & Bottle Packing.

Handling of market complaints, change controls, deviations and OOS. Handling customer audits, queries and questionnaires, provide direct support to customers for any issues with respect to operations, quality and R&D.

Ability to interpret and troubleshoot data generated. Knowledge on working with small molecules and membrane proteins in a Biacore instrument will be an added advantage.

B.Phrama / M.Pharma / M.Sc.; Calibration of Analytical Instruments like HPLC, HC, UV, Dissolution, Analysts able to handle HPLC instrument and experience in IP/FP/Stability section; Compression, Glatt Coating / Capsule Filling / Granulation

B.Pharma plus MBA / M.pharma; Regulatory follow up with RA team; Coordinate with Country Manager to align things between HO and Country; Coordinate and discuss agreement with Finance/Legal team; knowledge of International markets in formulation or other B2B business & experience of handling team & business independently.
