What are the possible career scope in canada for natural produts?  Is it benefitial to go for job prospect after persuing phd in pharmacognosy from india?

I am Ph.D Chemistry with 2 yrs experience as Analytical development Chemist (R&D)in pharmaceutical,i am pursuing PG Diploma in pharma regulatory Affairs.

Hello everyone !

I completed graduation ( B.Pharm ) this year, then I did an online  course in Clinical research & pharmacovigilance. There is less opportunity for freshers in this field.

So, presently I am thinking of doing marketing in an MNC while I simultaneously search for jobs in CR.

M.Tech in Biotechnology & M.Pharm in Biotechnology seems simillar when you heard it first time. but there are visible difference between this fields. M.Tech related to applications of biotechnology in the technical field while M.Pharm related to the applications of biotechnology in the field of medicine. Candidates who are from technical background can select M.Tech instead of M.Pharm. M.Pharm course is for those who are interested in the research field.

I have completed my m pharm in pharmacognosy and am interested in RnD as my future career. As in India there is very limited research institutes working on natural products, please let me know if i should do phd in pharmacognosy or QA or pharmacology? Also let me know some good colleges to pursue the same..
