phd in pharmacognosy

I have completed my m pharm in pharmacognosy and am interested in RnD as my future career. As in India there is very limited research institutes working on natural products, please let me know if i should do phd in pharmacognosy or QA or pharmacology? Also let me know some good colleges to pursue the same..
