  I have done M.pharm from Andhra University and stood 1st in the university. I would like to do phd in singapore. Can anyone tell me which universities are offering and what is the eligibility criteria.

i am currently writing my 4th b'pharm exams,due to some very bad mistakes and decisions taken by me,i was about to have a year back and miss my exams this year but, due to some luck i was able to get the hall ticket to write my exams. my problem is that i am unprepared for these ongoing exams and think that i amy fail. if i do then 1 year would be lost due to the supplementary exams.. will i be able to pursue m'pharm or be able to get a job oppurtunity?
