How to apply for phd pharmaceutics

I have completted my M Pharm pharmaceutics   and have qualified GPAT 2011, GPAT 2013      I am planning to do Phd Pharmaceutics. Please kindly tell me how to proceed regarding the same , What is the necessary requirements for the same .
