Job for Pharmacist at District urban Health Unit

District Urban Health, Narmada Urban Primary Health Centre, Rajpipla has hereby advertised to fill the following posts on temporary basis (fixed salary) for 11 months and to create a waiting list.

Qualification : • Posses a degree in Pharmacy or a diploma in Pharmacy of recognized university, or an equivalent educational qualification and must have registered his/her name with the Gujarat pharmacy council.
• Provided that preference shall be given to a candidate having experience in dispensing the medicine in hospitals or dispensaries.
• A candidate possessing knowledge of computer is a additional qualification.
Age Limit : 58 years. Retired individuals with above qualification can also apply with an age limit upto 62 years if physically fit.
Salary : Rs. 16,000/- pm

Candidates who have the above qualifications have to upload all original certificates like school leaving certificate for proof of age, educational qualification, experience, certificates, passport size photograph and photocopies of all certificates on the web side at the mentioned address.
Important Tips on Online Form Filling
1. Candidate's application received online at https://arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in only will be accepted.
2. Applications received through RPAD, Speed Post, Courier or Ordinary Post will not be accepted.
3. Photocopy of legible original document must be uploaded in the software. Applications with incomplete details will be invalid.
4. Age limit will be calculated as on 01/06/2024.

Selection Process
1. Candidate selection will be based on merit only.
2. In case of excess applications, three times the number of candidates for the post of Pharmacist will be called for the Computer Practical Examination out of the qualified candidates as per merit.
3. The final authority of the said recruitment body shall rest with the Mission Director and Chief District Health Officer, Zilla Panchayat, Narmada.
