Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology was established in the year 1987 as Regional Engineering College and was given the status of National Institute of Technology (Deemed University) by the Government of India on October 17, 2002 under the aegis of Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi. Now the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has declared the Institute as “Institute of National Importance” under the act of Parliament-2007.

National AIDS Research Institute [NARI] was established in October 1992 in Bhosari, Pune on a seven acre plot. The Institute has progressively expanded its activities in various aspects of research on HIV and AIDS through infra-structural development, capacity building & research programmes. The present infrastructure includes the Institute housed in a 28024 sq. mtr space, residential accomadation for the staff, a power plant to ensure uninterrupted power supply and an incinerator for safe disposal of bio-waste.

CT Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (CTIPS) was established as constituent organization of CT group of Institutes, under the crown of CT Educational society in Year 2004 in Jalandhar (Punjab), with ambition of becoming “Center of Excellence” in Pharmaceutical Education and Research, in Punjab and Northern India. The Institute is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) as well as by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. In the initial voyage, CTIPS acquired its milestone by getting the status of ISO-9001:2008 certification from United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS), UK. The Institute is running B. Pharmacy (4 year degree course), M. Pharmacy (2 year PG course) in three specializations i.e. Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacology.
