Shree Dhanvantary Pharmacy College is pioneer educational institute and research centre in south Gujarat region. The institute is located in the sprawling campus of 8.32 acres, in Kim, Dist Surat. Shree Dhanvantary Pharmacy College has built its own credentials in a short span of 10 years by catering to students opting for B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Ph.D. The institute is offering postgraduate degree in leading branches of pharmacy like Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Quality Assurance and Pharmaceutics.

Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology was established in the year 1987 as Regional Engineering College and was given the status of National Institute of Technology (Deemed University) by the Government of India on October 17, 2002 under the aegis of Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi. Now the  Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India has declared the Institute as “Institute of National Importance” under the act of Parliament-2007.

Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad, a constituent of CSIR is a leading research Institute in the area of chemical sciences. The core strength of IICT lies in Organic Chemistry, and it continues to excel in this field for over six decades. The research efforts during these years have resulted in the development of several innovative processes for a variety of products necessary for human welfare such as drugs, agrochemicals, food, organic intermediates, adhesives etc. More than 150 technologies developed by IICT are now in commercial production.

The Kurukshetra University was established in 1956 as a unitary residential University and its foundation stone was laid by late Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India. Located in the holy city of Kurukshetra, land of the historical battle of 'Mahabharata' and the great message of Bhagwad Gita, its campus is situated on the western bank of Brahm Sarover (the holy tank) and extends over an area of over 400 acres.
