Any Science Graduate Fresher / Any Non-Science Graduate Candidate having Min 2 Years of experience in Pharma Sales.

Otsuka Pharmaceutical India Pvt. Ltd. (OPI) is a fully-owned subsidiary of Japanese company, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory, Inc. (OPF), Japan.

You will be responsible for the promotion of the new product. You will be executing the Product Management Team’s marketing strategy, analysing market trends, consulting with doctors on new product potential, and relaying feedback to the Product Management Team.

Position the brands by using the strategic inputs, promotional activities recommended by Marketing and based on market intelligence. Forecasting and Inventory Management at the distributor.

Keep pace with and align with the market developments. Needs to be aware of market dynamics, fluctuations, innovations etc. Understands scientifically how various product are placed in relation to competitor products and devise appropriate strategies to deal with them

District Sales Manager will be the key business leader for all Meril Life verticals within the district. He will drive sales performance, engage directly with surgeons and doctors across multiple specialties, and ensure strong execution of business strategies.

Plans, assigns and directs the Sales Managers to achieve top line and profitability in their respective Zones. Conducts performance evaluations and takes corrective action when deemed appropriate to do so.

Sales experience in Healthcare / Pharma / related business, established Network to target Customer Group desirable. Territory knowledge is must.

Responsible for achieving Financials & Strategic targets for Pharma & Biotech segment. Manages, coaches, and develops a team of Solution Scientists and account managers to achieve assigned goals.
