Job Description:
He/She should be a postgraduate in Organic/Analytical Chemistry with thorough knowledge on ICH guidelines for equipment qualifications, process validations, cleaning validations, stability studies guidelines, impurity profiling, annual product reviews, compilation of DMFs, knowledge on drafting of CTD format DMFs etc in addition to the knowledge on routine subjects like change controls, deviation controls, internal audits, the consequent close outs with corrective actions and preventive actions.
He/She must have at least 10-12 years of hands-on experience in the middle level management in a reputed pharmaceutical organization with cGMP flair.
He/She must have fluent command over spoken and written English language. He/She must be conversant with the accent with overseas personnel when communicating with them is necessary.
He/She should have good command over computer operation for MS office.
He/She must have good leadership qualities and a loud human saxophone, who can drive the people to get results on time.
