Job Description:
• Achieve product wise, rupee wise and territory wise sales on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Sales objective to be achieved by providing leadership and direction to sales team.
• Monitor and implement activities critical for driving business, customer profiling, selection & coverage, opinion leader contacts, doctor meetings, school campaigns etc.
• Provide support to achieve division margin by control on DSOs – Trade and Institution outstanding, accuracy in forecasting and control on sales expenses primarily reduction of the expires and breakages claim .
• Maintain contacts with key opinion leader, important trade partners
• Send information to Head Office about competitive products, strategies and activities.
• Improve the manpower productivity through maintaining work and business reports discipline.
• Redefine the customer list as per changing business needs and business returns.
• Select and recruit talent. Develop, motivate and challenge team members to achieve top performance.
