As per the approved action plan of the district for the financial year 2024-25 under National Health Mission District-Durg and as per the instructions given in Human Resource Policy 2018, advertisement is being published for the following contractual posts under National Health Mission / District Health Committee District Durg CG.

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council
Age Limit
1. Minimum age for contract recruitment will be 18 years and maximum 70 years for medical post and 64 years for managerial post.
2. Age will be calculated as per the contract year dated 01 January 2025.
Application related guidelines
1. Applicants can download the application form from the district website www.durg.gov.in.
2. The candidate will have to clearly mention the name of the post applied for and the name of the program in a sealed envelope and in case of applying for different posts, separate applications will have to be sent in a sealed envelope. No information will be given regarding incomplete / unclear and erroneous application forms, such applications will be automatically considered canceled.
3. Regarding the examination fee for the examination, as per the letter number F 10-2/2022/F 10-2/2022/one (1) dated 08 April 2022 issued by the Secretary of the State Government, Chhattisgarh Government, General Administration Department, Ministry regarding waiver of examination fee, no examination fee will be charged from the participants who are local residents of Chhattisgarh State.
4. Joint Director National Health Mission Chhattisgarh. As per letter No./NHM/HR/2022/NS-1637/3703 Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, dated 24.02.2022, it is mandatory for the candidates to score 40 percent of the total marks in the skill test. In case of not scoring 40 percent marks in the skill test, the candidates will be placed in the ineligible category.
5. It will be mandatory for the candidates eligible for the examination to appear with all the original documents attached with the application at the time of Computer Based Test / Clinical Skill Based Test. In the absence of any original document at the time of verification, permission to appear in the examination will not be given.
6. For the advertised posts in which live registration has been sought in Nursing / Paramedical Council, live and permanent registration will be mandatory for those posts. In case the candidates do not submit the life certificate, they will be disqualified.
Other conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment
1. All the posts are completely contract based, other conditions and rules for contract recruitment will be applicable as per Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by National Health Mission CG and as amended rules.
2. Selection of anyone will not be ensured only by applying. Before issuing the final selection list, the original certificates will be checked, only if found correct, further action will be taken for their selection.
3. Contract honorarium During the contract service period, lump sum honorarium and other amount will be payable every month as per the provisioned ROP, apart from this no other type of allowance / facility will be payable.
4. In case the annual work evaluation is satisfactory, the contract service period will be increased.
5. After the selected candidate joins the work, the contract appointment can be terminated by giving one month's notice or by depositing one month's salary as per the rules of Human Resource Policy. Similarly, the said candidate will have to give notice one month before giving resignation otherwise one month's salary will have to be deposited.
6. In case of equal marks, priority will be decided on the basis of date of birth of the candidates. Candidates whose date of birth is earlier (elder in age) will be given priority.
7. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category will have to submit permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
8. The said contract post will be non-transferable and it will be mandatory to be present at the place of posting as per the appointment order. In case of not being present at the prescribed time and place of posting, the appointment of the selected candidate will be automatically cancelled.
9. It is mandatory that the institution from which the educational qualification is obtained should be recognized by UGC/AICTE and the concerned council.
10. Performance appraisal of the employee appointed on contract will be done by the controlling officer.
11. Applications will be accepted only from the candidates having the prescribed qualification as per the post advertised in the advertisement.
12. As per the letter number F 13-4/2023/A.P/1-3. Nava Raipur, dated 29.05.2023 of Under Secretary, Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department, Unique Living Disability Identity Card (UDID) has been made mandatory. At the time of appointment, in compliance with Section 91 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016, candidates of Divyang quota will have to compulsorily fill the declaration form. (OL-One leg.HH- Hearing Divyang OA-One Arm, OAL-One Arm Leg, BL-Both Leg, LV-Low Vision)
13. Mere selection on the applied post will not confer the right to appointment. Final appointment will depend on the actual availability of vacant posts and other necessary process / parameters.
14. If at any stage of the selection process it is found that any candidate is exerting any kind of pressure or trying to influence the fair selection process, then his/her application form will be rejected. And no claim will be accepted in this regard.
15. Applicants must be natives of Chhattisgarh. Residence certificate issued by the competent authority must be submitted.
16. No travel allowance/expenses will be payable to the candidate for appearing in the interview/skill test.
17. Candidates working in government/semi-government institutions will be required to attach the no objection certificate issued by the employer in the application form.
18. After selection, all the selected candidates will have to fill a bond that they will take a No objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned officer to apply at other places.
19. Candidates whose service has been terminated by National Health Mission or any other government department due to indiscipline/financial irregularity/improper behaviour, irrespective of the post they held, will be considered as ineligible candidates.
20. Due to administrative reasons, the number of posts in the notified vacancies can be reduced or increased or even cancelled. The right to do so will be with the selection committee/employer.
21. Candidates must ensure to view the published preliminary eligible-ineligible list, otherwise if any kind of error is found after claim/objection, the applicants themselves will be responsible.
22. In the advertised vacant posts where educational qualification is required as "more than one" or "or", only the higher educational qualification will be accepted if the candidate attaches more than one educational qualification for those posts.
23. In case of no eligible/qualified candidate, the recruitment can be cancelled by the selection committee and the post can be advertised again.
24. The department will not be responsible for non-receipt of application by the prescribed date and time after the advertisement is issued or for any other reason like delay or postal delay. Applications in this regard will not be accepted/considered nor any representation will be accepted.
25. The selected candidates will be posted as per merit.
26. After contractual appointment, it will be mandatory for the selected candidates to make their headquarters at the place of posting and reside there.
27. The applicant must be a native of Chhattisgarh state. For this, it is mandatory to submit the native certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of document verification.
Required documents
Applicants must attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents with the application form: -
1. 10th mark sheet (for proof of date of birth).
2. 12th mark sheet.
3. Mark sheet of all years of graduation / post-graduation / other prescribed educational qualification. Degree / certificate (of all years).
4. Related degree.
5. Registration certificate of the concerned council (if applicable).
6. Live registration certificate of employment office (if applicable).
7. Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority for residents of Chhattisgarh.
8. Permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable).
9. If disabled, then Disability Certificate (UDID) (issued by the competent authority). For physically handicapped applications, it is mandatory to attach a living disability certificate of more than 40 percent from the medical board.
10. Identity card. (Aadhar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card / Driving License etc. containing name, address and photo of the candidate)
11. No objection certificate (if applicable)
12. Other relevant documents (if applicable)
13. Experience certificate. (if applicable)
Clear and error-free applications in the prescribed format from eligible / qualified candidates are being invited only through registered post / speed post in the office of Chief Medical and Health Officer District Durg from 11.01.2025 to 25.01.2025 during office working days (except holidays) from 10:00 am to 05:30 pm. The department will not be responsible for non-receipt of application by the prescribed date and time or for delay by post. Applications will not be accepted through any other medium.
