General Guidelines and Terms :
1. Date & Time of Walk-in-Interview given for every post in the Advertisement.
2. Candidates are requested to bring with them all ORIGINAL TESTIMONIALS including Mark Sheets and Certificates and also a Clear Passport Photograph on the date of the Walk-in- Interview, failing which their candidature may not be considered. The selected candidates are expected to join immediately upon selection.
3 Candidates are requested to ensure themselves to fulfil the Academic Qualification and Experience ( as mentioned in the Advertisement ) to appear the Walk-in interview.
4. Candidates need not pay any fee for appearing Walk-in-Interview.
5. Maximum Age: Date of Walk-in-Interview will be taken into consideration for calculation of the upper age limit (Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per Govt. of India rules).
6. Duration : The Project completion date may be extended depending upon the grant of the Funding Agency.
7. During selection, due weight-age will be given to the academic performance and experiences of the candidates. The candidates should have knowledge of computer for day-to-day work.
8. Experience, where ever required, will be counted from the date of acquiring minimum educational qualification.
9. The engagement will be on purely temporary basis for specific period. It is co-terminus along with the duration of the project and will not confer any right for regularization in the institute.
10. The maximum tenure of engagement of a project staff will be six (6) years considering the engagement in different projects either in the same institute or different institutes of CSIR.
11. Some selected Project Staff may be allowed to do his / her PhD work based on CSIR Guidelines.
12. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for the Walk-in-Interview.
13. Result awaited candidate need not apply.
14. The list of selected candidates will be uploaded in the CSIR-NEIST website.
15. No interim query will be entertained.
