Post: Function Head, Med Communication & Knowledge Management, India Ops
Job Description:
Strategic
o Create and implement the site level strategic plan aligned to overall Med Communication & Knowledge Management strategy
o Provide strategic inputs to Med Communication & Knowledge Management objectives
Operational
o Continually build Med Communication & Knowledge Management team in India – collaborate with Med Communication & Knowledge Management leaders and propose and/or project manage site level initiatives
o Achieve productivity savings by maximizing in-sourcing / out-sourcing opportunities in Med Communication & Knowledge Management as well as invest in and create new capabilities
o Deploy appropriate structure and infrastructure elements required for successful execution of Med Communication & Knowledge Management site level objectives
o Manage assigned budgets
o Meet function specific productivity, efficiency and quality targets
o Create and deploy robust Management Information Systems to support management decision making
o Engage multiple stakeholders within and outside of GMA &HEOR to address Med Communication & Knowledge Management requirements and generate newer value propositions.
People
o Recruit, build and manage talent for Med Communication & Knowledge Management
o Conceptualize and implement key learning programs to drive capabilities functional excellence
o Create a leadership pipeline

Candidate Profile:
Minimum Education :
MD / MBBS or Ph.D in Pharmacy/Biotechnology, MBA desired
Languages :
English written & spoken (required), local language written & spoken (desired)
Ideal Experience:
Essential 10+ years work experience in Pharma / Healthcare sector with Pharma Management background
